Why we warn you about PPI
PPI means personal private information. Examples include SSN, full DOB, government IDs, bank details, or full card numbers.
We do not store PPI in this system. We store only what we need to run the service: username, password hash, PIN, role/membership settings, and the archery scores you enter.
We store this data to authenticate users, manage access levels, and track training history for your program.
Even with strong security controls, no system is immune to breach risk. By avoiding PPI, there is no sensitive data to steal. Worst case? A hacker learns your archery scores. Oh no. Anyway.
We cannot prevent you from typing PPI, so please keep it out of this form.

What we do not store. We do not store personal private information (PPI). PPI includes SSN, full DOB, government IDs, bank details, or full card numbers. Do not enter PPI anywhere in the system.

Retention. We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
California notice. If California privacy laws apply to us, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct certain personal information. We honor applicable requests to the extent required by law.
Security. We use layered protections. No system is immune to breach risk; do not submit PPI in any form fields.
